Pipe Bedding Sand

MOT Type 1
Department for Transport approved hardcore sub-base material (40mm down to dust). Essential for road construction, driveways, and load-bearing applications. Compacts to form solid foundation.
MOT Type 2
Smaller graded material (20mm down to dust) suitable for car park sub-base and blinding applications. Provides good drainage while maintaining stability.
MOT Type 3
Single-sized aggregate (20mm nominal) designed for permeable sub-base applications and SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems). Excellent drainage properties while maintaining structural stability.

10mm Compost (PAS100)
10mm screened 100% organic and peat free compost. High quality soil improver for plant growth. Premium PAS100 certified compost suitable for mixing as topsoil improver.
BS3882 Topsoil (Grade A)
Premium quality topsoil conforming to British Standard BS3882 Grade A. Perfect for turf laying, landscaping, and garden projects. Screened and tested for consistent quality.
Grade B Soil
General purpose soil for filling and bulk landscaping projects. Economical option for large areas where premium topsoil is not required. Good for basic landscaping and ground preparation.
Sandy Loam Compost Soil
Blended organic compost and sand mixed together in a 10mm screen to a 70/30 blend that conforms to BS3882 topsoil standards. Perfect balance of drainage and nutrients.

Used in SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage System). Used as a substitute for sharp sand due to its free draining ability. Also known as priora. Essential for permeable paving systems.
20mm Limestone Chippings
Used in SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Solution). Can be used as a crunch layer underneath the 2-6mm Limestone Chippings when laying permeable paving systems.
63-10mm Limestone Angular Chippings
Used in SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage System). This is used as a base product due to its free draining ability, put down before the 2-6mm limestone layer.
